BIRTHDAYS - HELPFUL HINTSIn helping you better prepare for your party at Fantasy Fair, here are a few tips & reminders.
The Basics

Ensure you have candles, matches, lighter, cake, knife, utensils, plates, cups, etc.

The nearest washrooms are located on the Park level, by the Airforce ride.

There are no elevators or escalators for disabled or wheelchair access leading to the upper level party rooms.

All guests require socks for entry into the Play Village.

At the beginning of your party, you will be asked to sign a waiver authorizing a charge of $20.00 for every additional 15 minutes you go over your allotted time.
Purchasing Your Day Passes / Tickets

Your Day Passes or Tickets will be handled in the Fantasy Fair Office. You don't need to line up at a Ticket Booth.

Adults accompanying children and/or occupying a seat on a ride, require Tickets or Day Passes (exception - adults may accompany children free on the Carousel, if they are standing; and, in Play Village to supervise.

There are two methods to Purchase & Pay for your Day Passes or Tickets:
- You may purchase your Passes, once all your guests are measured for height
- You may begin a "Birthday Tab": A copy of your Visa or MasterCard is mandatory, in order for us to run a tab.
- To start a tab, you must be present and speak to either Fantasy Fair Supervisor, or a Birthday Host
- You may receive your passes or ticket as your guests arrive and make full payment at the end of your party
- It is recommended that you supply us with a list of names for all guests you will be purchasing for
- Coupons or already discounted items may not be used in conjunction with any discounted Birthday Day Pass rates.
Setting Up For Your Party
- You may arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your party to set up. Please note that the Birthday Hosts spend the ½ hour time allotted between parties to clean and set up, so you will be sharing this time with them.
- For your convenience, we have a full-sized refrigerator and a microwave, which may be shared with other birthday guests.
- Party Rooms are decorated with balloons & streamers; however you may bring in your own customized decorations.
